Curious if anyone knows if the shifter extenders commonly available for other BMW bikes will work on the R-18? I had one for my K1600GT and liked it. Haven't seen any specifically designed for the R18 yet, but if it's the same size as other models.... ?

It may just be my eyesight but it looks like the windshield bag mounting bar is upside down. Which is why your bag is hitting the speedo.
Thanks for the tip! I freely admit that you may be right! I'll check it out.

You were right! It was upside down. I was kind of pissed about it partially covering my speedo. Can't believe it was such a stupid mistake on my part

Finally took her out after a month in the shop getting the final drive warranty. There is a better image of the wunderlich device holder with my garmin zumo mount attached. Along with the phone holder on the tank rack.

I did have a comment on the wunderlich pedals for those considering. With them installed my left heel hits the kickstand while riding. It took some getting used to finding a good position for my foot.

Put on a set of fork deflectors, no more helmet turbulence. I did cut a bit of rubber rim strip to go under each mounting bracket to protect the forks. Got the parts from Dennis Kirk and thank you goes to user here clivescott who did this first and listed the Memphis Shades part numbers that fit the R18!
