Sooo this is working with 'dim' turn signals on as 'Cruising Lights' ... but it did some odd stuff to my extra driving lights. With them not selected as 'Cruising Lights' all works like before ... but the turn signals will not light up ... with it selected that works but they don't shut off anymore when the motor is not running ... sigh so I leave them on also ... but, there are 2 light levels mentioned (Level 1 and Level 2) both are set by default to '100' ... I set the Level 1 to '30' now in the garage they are dimmed down ... but what is the difference between Level 1 and 2 .. is it daytime/nighttime running ... I left the level 2 on 100 to see ... but I have really no way of telling if they get brighter in the night ... or if Level 1 might be the night time one ... does anybody know what the difference is?

EDIT: Maybe I should have started a new thread .. sorry for the hi-jack

My garage is 100 yds from my house with no wifi. If you want to program the GS-911, I find it quite troublesome to maintain a connection with my phone, with frequent drop outs meaning that I have to reconnect and start again. Motoscan is easier to use, but GS-911 more feature rich. Service reset on both is quite simple.

I find the wifi flaky to establish a connection even with excellent wifi coverage. Once connected it works well. I have a computer in the garage so I usually just end up using the USB cable.

I had that problem as well, until there was a firmware update now it seems to work much better ...

Glad it's not just me then! I'm on the latest firmware too.
