Reverse shift lever mod?

Ok, I I said I liked the reverse lever.
Specially because of the "tractor " look in fact.
Not everyone taste for sure, but mine.
So I ordered it, and got it today
And in the real life I feel it at home on this bike.
.
And you know what ? This thing is super practical !
It makes locking the reverse a breeze.
It doesn't interfere with the electric plug as I was thinking at first.
It exists in black too.

After some days , the more I use the lever , the more I like it!
Really a game changer for the use of the reverse.
I use it at least once each ride to get out of the stand.

Rock on, Gerard! You went ahead with something that didn't get any positive forum feedback and are happy with your choice. I wonder if they'd sell a version where the stock lever cover is black and the rod/knob is chrome?

Still looks like a bent up butt plug. I guess if you are into butt plugs it is fine.

Finally I realized why this lever is at home on this bike.
Just look at the R5, inspiration of the R 18, and you get it ...
Ok, not the same function, but looks very close to it.
