Yes thanks for that, found it was on zero pre load after riding home.

Congrats on the purchase! +1 on the preload adjustment mine was on zero (seems they all are, for transportation). I went with 7 turns from zero and think that’s where it will stay. Had mine almost a month and I am delighted with it.

Hi, I’m been riding two up so set to 14 turns seems fine but will probably put it down a couple of turns and see what it is like. Found the info on pre load settings on forum very helpful.
