I will report on the Yoshimura oil temperature gauge.

Power comes from the battery through the accessory fuse.
Since I also have a drive recorder, I put the distributor in the pannier case.
The oil temperature sensor is attached to the drain bolt.
Also, another sensor is used as a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is showing a near correct temperature.
The oil temperature sensor showed around 110 degrees Celsius several times in the traffic jam of the town. That's why I use all synthetic oils.
When the oil temperature of the R18 rose, the oil temperature did not drop suddenly like a water-cooled type, even if it was running. I think if the oil temperature is very high, the best thing to do is shut off the engine.
