A good look or not? I think it could be pretty practical as works well on a horse. I am going to try it and report back.

Ok I think it would look crazy cool. I expect it has terrible abrasion protection. But damn, it would look really cool.
Figure as long as it doesn’t get caught in any moving parts.
Was thinking with leather jeans and my armoured shirt underneath
Has straps that secure the flaps to the legs.
40 mile journey and back for first service. Predicting plenty of rain but still fancy riding with a bit of style. It’s that or my waterproof oil rig supplied orange overalls.

I dont like anything much below the waist. For a waxed cotton old school thing I wear a Steve McQueen edition Barbour ISDT jacket impregnated with about 60 additional layers of wax I’ve worn for 20 years. I can wear Bohn body armor under it and pretty much it would hold up in a pretty good tumble.
