I haven't purchased anything from China on eBay. Am hoping the product is quality given their low prices.

1 inch chrome handlebar spacer

I have the Chinese version. I prefer to not buy Chinese where possible however, I have to admit that for the difference in price I could not ignore. 2 years later and the tiniest of blisters has appeared in the chrome.
Ironically, my German built bike is having its rims replaced along with possibly the foot board and gear change, for exactly the same issue.

I went with the Hornig spacerand the longer cables. I'm going to have them installed when the dealer does the break-in service.

I couldn't find a spacer at Hornig for the R18.

It's under the "ALU, HIGH-GRADE STEEL" section after you select the R18 as your bike.
