If the bike’s under warranty they should update the software if you give them a reason - “My TFT navigation keeps disconnecting”. That said I just had my software updated:
I “think” my 2023 TC may have this issue. I’ve got 6,600 miles on the bike, and just had the 6k service done. When going around turns it seems like the front end is a bit loose or slightly unstable. I’m not sure if it’s the front wheel bearings, but it just doesn’t seem right.

There were software updates done to the bike as part of the recall fix. Try deleting all your connections from the bike, and also the Bluetooth connection to your bike on the phone. Also delete all pairings from your headset. Make sure your headset only pairs to the bike and not your phone.

Have you ridden the bike yet with the CarPlay screen on, and does the screen shake much? And if you listen to SiriusXM, is the reception still good? You should still be able to test that out even if you don’t subscribe to it.
Let us know, thanks!
Just curious, is your phone Android or Apple? Apple devices seem to have more issues with the BMW Connected App connecting to the bike's WiFi. Also, if you've downloaded maps to the Connected App on your phone, you won't need cell service for navigation.
The reverse fix DOES require an ECU update. Once you have the fix completed, you should notice all your Bluetooth devices will need to be re-connected.
