R18Holan, did you have your parts powder coated by a shop and what type of slip ons did you get? I have a FE and wanted to cut down on some of the chrome and have a louder exhaust.

Hi, want to add auxiliary lights to 2021 FE Pure . Realise you need harness p/n 61111665148. I have cruise control as std. on mine. Don’t have the “light symbol” under the MODE ( switch). Is there any way to know if this switch block will work without having to spend $644 on new switch block for auxiliary lights? Thanks, Brett.

Good luck with your sale. I had the same thing and tried to sell mine with only 800+ mlies for about 2 months with little interest. My last asking price was 12,900 last October. I finally took it to a local high-end independent dealer on consignment and in less than a week it was sold. I don't know what he did with it but I got a check for $16k. Maybe something to consider.

Switched over to the TC last October and I’m really happy with that choice. It’s built for long rides and entertainment. If I could afford to have a FE with fishtails I would keep one of each, they are just two completely different bikes with two different experiences. For now, I’ll just enjoy the heck out of my TC!

Just installed ape hangers on my R18 classic, had to remove tank to do so, once all put back together and lines lengthened and bled I can't start the engine. It started initially and ran for about a minute but won't start now, anyone got any pointers ?

Yes the clutch is not completely free of air. I had this issue as well, try shaking the bike left and right a few times while depressing the clutch. Took me 2-3 hours and more than 100 times depressing it.

Can you tell me does hattech headers require you to plug in all 4 sensors or do you leave the back sensors off of the install? Also did you have to get a tune afterwards? Thanks you.
