I live here and i call it Flat-rida. Only the area around Mt. Dora can give a hint of curves and slopes (not even going to call it hills).
The best option is to take the AutoTrain and ride all the way back thru the mountains.

Took a ride up to the 'Natural Bridges' yesterday ... through the woods



For miles and miles .. love it ... the only thing that bugs me is the sun 'strobing' through trees
But it was worth it .. not much water right now .. but still pretty ... a shame that I can't get the bike back there for a pic



Not much water at the 'Lost Creek Reservoir' either ...
