Hi there fitting a wunderlich rev counter to my r18 waiting on it coming from nippy Norman's anybody out there any tips on installation please 😎👍

Installation is easy and straightforward, a little more complicated if you have a windshield and not compatible with barbacks.

I don't understand, why not just choose the RPM readout on the speedo ? For safety sake, your eye is already off the road looking at the speed and can see the RPM with the same glance instead of a separate instrument?

You will receive a Posi-Tap connector to tap into the one of the wires the other is plug and play into the aux plug needed to supply the tach. Instructions are very straightforward and connectors are very easy to use. I would not call it a bodge (had to look up the definition) https://www.posi-products.com/posiplug.html
