Well the summer is here , stripped down bobber look , ah the wind in your face , the flies in your teeth , time to burn some rubber and get the miles in .
Snazzy seat you’ve got on there Hammo 👍

As you know I had sold my R18 over a year ago and have regretted every day without that bike. Today I just sent a wire transfer from my bank to Max BMW for another R18 Classic. I cannot wait for it to get here ! !!

I'm using the existing badge mounting point, with a longer BMW torx screw, with a bushing within the RAM Mobile mounting ball.

I typically use a cozy over a standard plastic water bottle, which hasn't failed in the last two seasons; riding buddies however, have lost Yeti cups and such with the standard HD cup accessory ( I'm grateful for not catching one of those high-end cups with my front wheel...)

A picture is worth a few additional words:

Bought a new helmet for when the warmer weather arrives (about 2 1/2 months). Took advantage of the EOFY sales and paid half price.
I’ll hair dryer off the ‘ELDORADO’ decal and may leave the stripes, then add a couple of small BMW emblems. I also bought a peak, which is why I wanted the model with the press studs. It sits really low for a new open face, but the peak will break up the front even more so.
The flying goggles will suit this.

Eldorado is an Aussie company 🇦🇺
