New front fender on my R18 !
I bought this ABS cheap Fat Boy one.
Pretty sure it was crap....
When I got it , I found it pretty neat.
So I made two 4mm thick aluminium adapters and had all painted.
Here is the result.
It's really stiff, and now actually protects the engine front end.
I added this chrome accent too.

Black Wunderlich engine guard on. Ugly as expected (not only the wunderlich, all of them) but necessary. I tried to figure out how the OEM engine guard will allow you to put your extended legs on a plate over the engine. With the stopped bike I simulated the position and is impossible and unnatural

Today: change of fuel tank optics

The painter took a fishing trip to Florida. Like his vacation is more important than painting my parts, the nerve of some people. If he weren't such a good painter, a friend of 30 years and the damn owner, I would raise hell, Karen style, with his boss.

How is the wind protection, and the speaker sound? How tall are you? (If you don’t mind me asking)

the wind protection isn't as good as I hoped. I did change out the windshield for one about 4" taller. There is also wind coming up from underneath but I expected that. I am 5' 10". The speakers sound good. It has a 500 amp amplifier so you could add more speakers if wanted. I am bluetoothed to my phone.

today a few small changes to our R18 that may inspire some of you
😉

1. changing the position of the panniers using the BAGGER handle
2. relocation of the small carry-on bag
3. a simple patent for connecting GPS
4. Small tool bag fits perfectly
5. crossbar stiffening the handlebar
