Tyre pressure warning

Some reason starting to happen to me on my K1600GTL. Today was the third time in 2 weeks. Lit up on my way into the office and after a 11hr day I went out to the bike and lights were still on. Made 2 stops, gas and visit to upholstery shop and lights still on.... then mysteriously went out about 8 miles from my house. Funny thing, first time seeing this issue and have had this bike since new, been through 4 front tires, 3 rear and have never changed the TPMS sensors, but only the rear one keeps alerting now....
 
Perhaps the light lit up because the tire was at the low trigger spot...but after you rode for several miles, heat built up tire pressure over the trigger spot and light went out?
 
I rode it Friday and got the alert so I filled the tires to 42psi, then got the alert first thing Monday morning when I started riding and it stopped as I got near home and registered as 42psi

I intend to top up the pressure tomorrow as the reading has been since I bought it 2.7 at the front and 3.1 at the back and I believe it should be 2.9F and 3.2B which is not massively off as it is. Has anyone experienced something like this before? It was not particularly hot in the UK today. 21c the hottest.

My R18B did the same thing after dealer changed oil and filter. On my way home. Stopped and checked tires and "My Vehicle " for tomorrow pressures. All good. Hasn't done it again.
