TC owners - does your top case rock back and forth?

I’m not sure if this is by design but when I sat in the passenger seat I noticed the top case/back rest moved back 1-2cm.

I tried tightening the four bolts at the bottom but that only seemed to crush the rubber gasket or whatever they are. Is the top case supposed to have some play in it or something dealership needs to check out?

Mine does it too, I believe its supposed to be like that, don't know why.
