Zactly! It's the nature of the beast with online forums. There will be duplicate informational posts, because not everyone has the time to read them all before a rider decides to be helpful with what he thinks is a new one.

Question: I have a fully functional ODB2 for my car..... there are adapter cables for BMW (10 Pins) to ODB2, has anyone tried that ? What kind of Software would work with this configuration ? (Any App on an iPhone ?)

Do you need the Ultimate version of Motoscan (49 euros) to be able to actuate the ABS control unit for brake bleeding?

No need to activate ABS to bleed, just do it.

I use this to reset my throttle about twice a year.

This peaks my interest. Can you or someone else please enlighten me about this?

My throttle gets nuts after a while I reset it and its real happy again. I also reset all other engine peramiteres. It runs better and for a while it starte up like new with a jump.

I am not happy with Rock or Roll. Rain is fine.

I scan for codes and clear them out. I don't care what they are. My flap system is off the bike. It will have a code for not starting with the key present. There are usually a few from DWA.

I also set the valves to spec HOT. It calls for below 35*c. I tried it hot and seems to work better. They probaby shrink .0005 inch when cool.

If you are not interested in any codes and want to reset all, I should think disconnecting the battery and go for a coffee would do.

I go Roll on tricky steep switchbacks and narrow cobblestone towns but otherwise Rock.
