Mine looks exactly like that, rear seat and foot pegs removed. But I added the Roland Sands valve cover guards....and I'm done....
I’ve got one more mod in front of me. Because I didn’t realize just how stretched out the R18 is (8ft), I underestimated the amount of forward reach to the bars. So I pulled the trigger on a set of ape hangers from Wunderlich. Yes I will need to have the bike recabled (which is a pain). But then I’m done.

Yes, the SW Motech bags are great. And with the rear fender rack, there’s a nice flat surface across the whole back to strap down a larger duffle.

Honestly though, the biggest bang for buck and what totally transformed this bike was the Airhawk pad. Solved two problems: the ridiculously hard seat (now extremely comfortable and infinitely adjustable with air pressure) and also raised me up and forward maybe an inch (which was just enough for me to not feel like I was always reaching forward for the bars.
