Short rider

I am looking for advice on a short seat height . I am 5’6” and have issues when stopping, to put my feet down with legs on side of the floor boards . Putting legs behind floor boards is not comfortable.

5’6” here with floorboards. Haven’t had any issues reaching. Wear boots with maybe 3/4 inch heel
