After much deliberation, I decided to gamble on the Shark Road slip-on exhaust for my 2023 Bagger. At less than $500, they are half or more of what others cost. I am relieved to say my experience with them is all positive. Ordering online was a snap. Due to some impressive packing, they were delivered in perfect shape. Being made in China, I feared for an inferior chrome finish but that is not the case. The chrome appears to be high quality and sufficient thickness to avoid rust as long as I take care of them. Installation was uneventful, complete instructions with pictures are provided. The thing to remember with these is they are not stainless steel (thus the lower cost). If they are abused I am sure they will rust. I avoid trouble by cleaning them often. I also keep a good coat of Jay Leno's ceramic spray on them. The only spot I really need to pay attention to are where the baffles meet the inside of the end caps . I wipe this area occasionally with WD40 and that does the trick for any light rust on the baffles. As for sound they are just right for me. A nice deep tone that is not annoying. It really comes alive when you crank up and in the upper revs.
