I found neither the base seat nor the tall comfort seat very comfortable. I put on one of the fastback Roland Sands seats and it's much better for me. My passenger likes it less though, but she mostly rides her own bike.

Do you have a model number of that seat? THe white roping matches the tank pin striping well.

I have the Weekender made by Mustang for BMW. Much better than stock, without looking like a bad toupee laying on the bike. For me it is the right balance of looks and comfort. Easily supports multi hundred mile days.
If you regularly plan on iron butt 1000 mile days or have a particularly sensitive backside look at the OEM Cross Country or something like a Corbin or Russell Day Long.
