RSD Gas Cap Cover

Put on a Roland Sands gas cap cover to dress the R18 up a little. An easy 2-minute job once you realize you need special retainer spring pliers to complete the task. :) Can someone tell me what these two black plastic pieces and clear protection film that came in the box are for? I'm guessing something to hang the cap on when refilling?

Love the look of the RSD gas cap, but trade locking for looks ? I will keep my locking cap !! !

Love the RSD cap but would not give up my locking cap for anything other than another Locking cap. Where I used to work we had a disgruntled worker who would find easy ways to damange the vehicles in the parking area, car, motorcycle etc.
