R 18 Bagger: Auxiliary LED Running Headlights

These came stock on my 2021 R18 Classic. In the BMW micro fiche, look under accessories. RETROFIT WINDSHIELD. All the parts are there. I have to say they look great, closely match the stock adaptive headlight. Do not have high and low beam, just on/off. I have removed the windshield, for now. Kept the lights and signals.
 
The advantage of the BMW lights is:
  1. The existing mode switch will turn the lights on and off.
  2. The bike is pre-wired for these aux lights, and using the GS911 tool, you can have the dash icon indicate the on/off status of the lights just like the Transcontinental. Before I programmed the lights with the GS911, often times I could not tell if the lights were on.

About the Chinese one, personally I will not get for them, still expensive, not any guarantee for the product and most important, they are not looking the same!!

Hi Mike! Are you happy with you bmw loudspeaker? I guess it is waterproof.

Sorry Mike, but are you sure they suppose to have high and low beam?! I do not think so, from what I know even on Transcontinental the button for them is only on/off!

they don't have high low beam. i just wish they did!
 
I installed the OEM Transcontinental Auxiliary Lights on my Model B:

There's pretty detailed postings on the forum with part numbers and such; forum folks, were successful in programming the Mode Button to activate the Auxiliary Lights as well via their GS-911.

Search "Auxiliary"
