Looking for 100% water-proof rain gear

I'm just back from a month-long trip to the eastern Canada provinces (Quebec, PEI, Nova Scotia, Cape Breton, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick) - the wonderful land of much rain, fog, and pot-holed roads. :) I'm still damp and chilled from the long tour, although the trip was quite an adventure and challenging. My so-called "water-proof" rain gear was only water-resistant at best, and it failed on day one. Any recommendations for a truly water-proof rain suit and gloves? I'm hoping for some real, road-tested testimonials. Thanks.
 
I normally ride with leather jacket and Kevlar jeans but if rain is on the horizon I pack my Oxford rain suit. It keeps me dry without any issues and it is small and light weight. You can roll it into a small ball. Below is just a link as an example. I have only washed it once and when it dried, I sprayed it with Fabsil Gold. Job done and water tight.

See attached picture: I personally use Helly/Hanson (H/H) shell pants, they're super lightweight and easy to throw on, on-top of my existing riding pants.

Jacket-wise, I wear my ORVIS fly fishing jacket; I'm able to wear my helmet while I have the hood on my head, which keeps all water from dripping down my neck...

H/H is a sailing attire and gear company, their stuff is high quality and highly focused on keeping you dry.

Hello, I was pretty fed up with wearing Gore-Tex, so I bought some Halvarssons equipment, in leather, of course. My jacket is called Racken, my pants are Rinn, my gloves are Ljusdal, I have a neck warmer, and my firefighter boots are from Haix. I'm driving to suppliers, I only choose the route, not the weather. All the stuff is completely waterproof.
 
To be honest it was the cheapest gear stuff. In the German Army Shop you get it for 100€. The benefit for me was that i don't need extra safety boots in the shop floor.
 
I use the Lobster Claw, it works great over my gloves and keeps them completely dry. I know they look silly and you would think it’s stupid. Believe me after years of trying other stuff they are the very best rain glove protection.

I've been really happy with the BMW sneaker looking shoes; they're waterproof, super comfortable and I don't have to pack an extra pair of shoes when taking long or extended weekend rides - I can simply wear them like normal footwear...

God knows the Model B/TC side cases don't have the extra space...
