Longer Brake & Clutch Cable Installation

I'm planning on installing longer brake and clutch cable to accommodate the handlebar risers I bought. Has anyone gotten to the clutch bleeder valve behind base of the drive shaft. It looks tight in there.
 
You are talking about the slave cylinder behind the battery?
Item #1 shown below should be the only hose that needs replacing.
It is located under the gas tank.

Fwiw.... most don't bleed the new "top" lines that way... so no need to reach the brake or clutch bleeder valves. Do a search (I've done mine a few times with the "venting" technique.).

 
You should just be able to stand the bike up straight and flick the clutch/brake until the air in the top hose bubbles out. Helibars has a video on that for their bars.
