Does anyone have the website for the lift made for the R18B ? Anyone in the US I can order it from ? Seems like I’m going to need it because I do my own maintenance. Or is there a work around?

Checked that out , no way to remove them . That boxer motor sits below the frame . No way am I going to lift it using the engine

I have the Kern-Stabi with the extra trucks. Worth getting. If job is not done, just push the bike across the garage floor and rotate it any way you want.
I bought mine from Hornig Motorcycles.com

Came up with driving the front wheel into a tire chalk and using a simple motorcycle scissor lift at the rear frame just in front of the rear tire . Works perfectly for me .
