Less mileage on speedo

How did my R18 come back from dealer with 200 miles less on the speedometer. Work done , new ecu. New wire harness. Took over 6 months to complete the work. Thanks BMW.

Good you got her back, why did we need a new wiring harness and ecu.? and why sooo long, my pocket and patience wouldn't run that far...
