Bought this pretty much upon release, mostly because I wanted a tinted screen and didn’t want to fuss with paint or ppf.
Quick review is, man does this thing move the air. I’m a tall bloke, and didn’t feel bothered by how air came over the R18B’s stock screen. I guess I have a high tolerance, because once I swapped, it’s night and day with how the Klock Werks screen channels so much air out of my rider bubble. I’m really pretty amazed at the difference. There’s nearly no air coming at me, maybe just the top of my helmet. I’m 6’5”, so most of you guys will be in totally clean air with this. I’m worried now how I’m going to channel air into my helmet vents on warm days!
Today is windy here, and the usual air noise and turbulence that I’m used to just wasn’t there. I only got to about 60mph, but I’d expect it keeps doing its job across the speedo.
Overall, best looking alternate option out there. Works great to channel air away. Not even really a crazy price tag.
Curious to hear anyone else’s experience with it.
