Is this correct?

I was cleaning up my bike and saw the red 50 amp fuse. So I looked a little closer and saw that these two fuses are exposed and in an upright position which will allow them to capture water. In fact there is a little rust showing on the 50 amp.

This is located under the right side cover near the preload adjustment.

Are these supposed to be exposed or am I missing some sort of cover?

I don’t know the answer but always appreciate this type of heads-up notice. I’ll pull the panel on the TC and check.

Seems odd to place that fuse uncovered in an upright position.

Let me know what you find out. It does seem very odd and could eventually lead to electrical glitches.
