Installed a Powered Quadlock

I installed a powered Quadlock phone charger because Waze and Google Maps drain my battery quickly, making a charger essential. On the First Edition bikes, this installation required running a fused wire to the battery, which involved removing the tank and battery. The charger performs well, keeping the phone at 100% with light use. However, when using GPS, the charger can't keep up with the battery drain, causing it to discharge slowly.

I’m needing to do that. I ran some temporary power up to the handlebars for a long trip.

I was going to go this route, but being in south Florida I did not want my phone to keep cooking in the sun also while charging. I went the add a CarPlay screen route since I rather kill a $400 unit vs my phone.
