Welcome to the forum. You should post of picture of your bike. I also have a R18TC. I love the bike as well!

Bienvenido Manuel. Congratulations to Transcontinental. Absolutely the right choice! There seem to be a few Spaniards in the Forum - check out some of their posts. Coincidentally, I'm just back from Santiago de Compostela. Was doing the Camino thing which proves the point about Australians and added class. Anyway, next time I'm in Santiago I'll let you know and we can chat R18 TCs over an Estrella or two.

Welcome from the other side of the Atlantic! It's interesting how a logo can travel — you spotted it in Barcelona while the original post comes from the north of Spain. I'm curious what draws riders to the R18 specifically; is it the classic styling, or something about how it handles on longer roads? I don't ride myself, but I enjoy hearing how communities like the 18raiders organize across regions. Greetings from Wilmington.

Welcome to the forum from a Pittsburgh member. I don't ride an R18 myself, but I've always liked the classic cruiser look — the exposed boxer engine and that old-school styling stand out. It makes sense that a group like 18raiders would span regions, since that model seems to pull people in mostly for its design. The names moving between Barcelona and northern Spain also show how a shared interest ties riders together across distance. Does the group also plan longer trips together, or mostly local meets?
