I want to use this to reset service reminders. Have any of you used this product to accomplish this?

Yes, I received mine earlier this week and already reset the maintenance reminder.!! Pretty simple and the customer support is very helpful. I used it with MotoScan app on my phone.
 
I'm having trouble clearing a code. I'm not really computer savvy.
