Just 'graduated' from an R9T to a 2022 R18 FE - loving the contrast and riding a few mph slower. It's certainly a big beast but gradually building confidence in the handling and loving the experience - gets a lot of positive reaction from folk

The R18 is definitely a different beast, unlike anything I have ever ridden.

Welcome. I had a R9T Racer back in 2017 so know where you are coming from so to speak. The R18 is more eventful a ride, maybe not so dynamic but nevertheless enjoyable. I often think it’s what it would be like to jump on the back of a Rhino and smack its arse! Woo hoo

Welcome! Fellow new owner here. I'm also coming off a more nimble and a bit faster if a ride. I'm loving the R18 and learning to adjust to a more leisurely pace. Honestly that's one of the reasons I bought it. My Triumph Bonneville T120 was no race bike but I tended to push it. So far the R18 has me smelling the flowers a little bit instead.
