Hi all, just purchased a Manhattan Matte R18B over the weekend. Couldn't ride it home yet because my wife won't drive in big city traffic especially the interstate system. Hey, at least it's paid for!

Welcome aboard! What are/where your other bikes? Just curious as the R18 seems a bit of a different beast from most.

Ive had the gamut of r bikes (gs), k bikes 1200 gt and k75s and several 650s. One r bike was a chromehead clc that i had a hanagans sidecar put on. Plan on doing that once again but this one will have less steering effort. That one steered like a truck.

Indiana here as well, I hope you enjoy your R18B as much as I mine!

I honestly wasn't a big fan when I rode one off of the demo truck last spring, but now that I have over 6k miles on her she's my favorite out of the dozen or so bikes that I've owned.
