Wow that is one fouled plug!!! Did you switch both on each side? .. you have a total of 4 spark plugs on that bike ... btw IMO the other side doesn't look so great either ... What in the world did the previous owner put in the gas tank? Turpentine??

I did noting to the plugs.
I did not replace them, I did not swap them. Pulled the out, took a picture and put them back in place.
All I did is swapped the injectors...
The other side plug looks great to me. I remember seeing a Champion table with pictures of plugs for different stoichiometric mixtures, from too lean to too rich. If I remember right, light brick color was the correct mixture, with black ( fouled) being too rich and white (almost molten) being too lean...
What exactly don't you like with the other side spark plug ?
You spoke of deposits, I've seen a lot worse plugs.
The fouled plug burnt itself off of the black color and slowly turned the correct color and temperature thanks to the correct mixture.....
I still did not find the other 2 plugs.
I will keep looking.
