Question Freedom Performance Slip-ons

I have been browsing around for a different set of pipes for my R18. Am finding more and more options and liking it. These 2.5 inch slip-ons from Freedom Performance are only $999 if you don't buy the baffle inserts.

I wrote to Freedom and asked them to adapt their side dump units to a set of duals for the R18. They would look killer on the boxer.

I like mine ... they look right and sound right for me ... I did buy the 'Quiet Baffles' and took them right back out ... the standard ones are just fine IMO

Ulrich, you opted for the 4.5” from Freedom. Was that an easy choice for you?
I’m gazing at the 2.5” and wondering.

Agree with you MilDave about the side dump optics on a boxer.

I bought mine in 2021 ... there was a very limited amount of choice then ... but I do like the thick pipes ... and there is a sort of heat shield wrapping the main muffler that keeps the temperatures down towards the saddle bags.

Eventually I will compile a list of exhaust vendors for the R18. But right now my immediate concern is finding out who makes the pipes shown below. These are stunners.
