outer box was sealed when I got it with no damage. The seams of the black box have some splits , I assume because of the weight of the book inside during shipping. I did not try to fix. Nothing in the welcome box was was used and the book remains sealed as from factory. I went back to Harley so no longer need. $200 plus shipping to USA only
