Update Dealer is changing Battery and all see from there what else is going on with the codes also they do have the Recall parts available for the Headlamp

Update went to dealer today to settle and this was the culprit a improperly installed battery and also a loose ground was repaired and the Recall was also done

Update from my issues: New software for the bike installed, a flaking manifold replaced ( 
) and a new front tyre. No faults found on the bike software and no TFT/connectivity issues could be replicated. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. The dealer cheerfully stated that there were no DWA codes stored and I said "there wouldn't be, I told you that I had changed the batteries!"
