Dark side

Hello all,
I am coming from a GL1800 that I Darksided the rear tire.
I know the usual no car tires on a motorcycle stuff.
My question is has anyone put a CT on the R18 Transcontinental?
What was anything more than just mounting tire on rim needed?

or 180/60/16 but they seem less common. I'll report back once I have whatever size car tire mounted in the back.
