That's a good looking Blue 🔵 color...

I was looking at the Blue HD Road Glide/Street Glide last night at the HD dealership.. also a great looking Blue color scheme..

Moving to a HD from my R18 B would be a step backwards, in terms of overall build quality and ease of DIY maintenance..

And who wants to be ‘beige’ anyway!?

When the police, tax man or angry wife are after me.... I do beige (not to be confused with vanilla, sand and off white).
I have absolutely no idea what Noelpolar means, [ed.: the angry wife bit], but can you get an R18 in beige? I know they come in a very tasteful big city grey, but beige? I'm a gloss black, chrome and pin stripe kinda bloke so didn't pay much attension to colour choices.

We Australians have a certain sense of humour language that we own for ourselves 😉

KAus - NP adopts an unassuming / neutral disposition when in trouble ( ‘beige’ ) so as to avoid conflict .
On my wedding day , my father advised me : ‘ Say yes more than you say no, even if you don’t mean it .’
This is why l now have 2x R18’s .

My stupid father said “Never get caught and never ride a BMW motorcycle”… needless to say, I don’t miss him 🤔

I agree with your statement Star-Lord about build quality and ease of DIY.
On the upside, the 2024 StreetGlide with fork deflectors is a very fine Hwy bike.
The saddle is wide as if riding on a horse (comfort) and the Milwaukee 8 motor is
terrific.

Not without some effort..... not quite beige.... but on the scale...

On the morning of my wedding, my soon to be father-in-law decided to check in with me. He asked: "do you know the secret to a happy marriage?" This came from a man who was married for over 40 years at that point and had six children. His advice was similar - just say yes and enjoy the ride. Said yes that morning but might actually have said no once or twice since then. Only have three children and will now fess up to having actually seen an angry wife, maybe more than once; hence only one R18. But its black, which counts for two.

If you look at the new HD Deadwood, it seems like a direct shot at the R18.
