Confusion on BMW Seat option 719

I have the tall rider seat which sadly is not available on the current BMW official accessories. It is a tad more comfortable having more padding and being flatter. I managed to get new old stock from Poland, I'm UK. This one recovered would be a good option maybe? Anyway like the looks of all the 719 stuff just too pricey. Royal Enfield do seats for £100 New. So 3 times, let's say £300 New would be enough profit pushing. It's a catch 22, if you sell more you can bring the price down, but if it's too high to start, it will stay high selling less. IMHO.

Recovering the seat with new leather may be pricey after you add stitching etc, however, if you are not changing the foam and just fancy replicating a non 719 seat to look like the 719 with similar design then it should not cost you the earth.

I bough a new standard seat for my Bagger with the intention of changing the padding for memory foam and gel, as well as replacing the faux leather with Alcantara for the rider side and the rest of the seat on black leather. It will cost me £750 + DHL postage which ain’t a cheap project after factoring the cost of the seat as well, but I reckon it will look amazing once it is finished.
