Classic saddle bags locking

Hi folks,

I am looking for a solution to lock somewhat the R18C saddle bags.
Conscious that there will be no strong locking soution on this kind of soft bag, I jus want to dscourage curious people to dig into the bags.
Enventually I'll have the bags modified by my horse saddle maker, if I find the right stuff to make it

Any idea or experience on this topic ?

Harley Davidson sells a nice kit that I believe has no Branding on it and is a universal application. If you check with a local HD dealer or online it is/was part #90300017.

I got it, then had a serious look at what it would be like to lock and unlock the saddle, and it truns out that the saddle material is too soft to make it easy to use this type of locker. Then I sent it back to the vendor !
To me this lock kit is appropriate for heavy and pretty rigid leather.
