Card Pactalk - controling volume between apps

2022 BMW R18B
Hi Guys... Picked up a new Pactalk Edge last week and perhaps I'm just not used to the unit yet. I get the "Phone connected" message and have volume control as I listen to Sat Radio, but once I switch to Nav using wonder wheel, I seem to lose the ability to control the volume of the music. Even if I reach up and spin the dial directly on packtalk - no change... I understand there are different volume settings between Radio, intercom and Nav, but guess I'm missing something... suggestions?
