It’s Monday but Black Friday is here, at least for the guys at BT Moto. Now’s the chance for anyone who’s been kicking the idea around. It won’t get cheaper (and yes, it’s still expensive).

I’m one of a bunch of guys here who have shelled out the cash for the tune and who have found it to improve some of the quirks of the stock map, including overcoming the dead spot slightly up the rev range.

Is it worth it, even on sale? I won’t say it’s a night and day difference. It’s subtle and maybe more corrective than performance enhancing on the R18. It’s made a lovely bike even lovelier. I probably wouldn’t stretch my finances to fit it in, but if you’re of the means, it’s a nice add.

From what I have read, it should be a nice improvement. I wonder how much of a difference it will make with factory vs Sharkroad slipons?

I used coupon code S1KDK5 and it worked with the black Friday discount as well! Guess Christmas is coming early for me>

Yup. Once you design the fuel ratios and timing map for performance over the environment, it will improve.

tried using the S1KDK5 but it's no longer valid now..

last day of Brentune's 15%... should I jump on it??
If it's in the budget. Did see where SLR has a tune as well that's for 600s but they don't have any Dyno information but they say theirs is modifiable so I'm not sure if you want to check them out or not. I'll attach what they sent me today.

Thanks for Sharing!!

I sent them an email to get more information.

The coupon code is nostages The more research I've done the more it seems that people are much more happy with SLR than Bren tune because of the customer service level. Granted that's coming from the crotch rocket crowd but it shouldn't make a difference. I was going to go with Bren tune when I posted the discount code I had found but the more I read the more I think I'm going to go with the SLR tune.

Thanks again
Frank just replied on some of the things(electric fault code)that I wanted to do.
It seems that it can be done just that, how much will such customising cost.

Looking forward to hearing from you, on the tune. Hopefully, it is a big improvement.
