Good afternoon, looking to get insight on people's impressions on BT Moto. Are people happy with the installation? Noticeable gains? Ease of install? Any issues with software updates from BMW afterwards?

Installation is simply plugging in the handheld programmer they supply into the diagnostic port and pressing a few buttons. The original file is kept on the programmer, so you can put the original program back before taking it to the dealer. If the dealer updates your software, there is a chance that the tune file will no longer work so that BT will charge you for an updated tuning file.

Very happy with the Bren Tune on my TC. When taking the bike to the dealer I always flash back to the stock tune. If there were no changes to the ECU, I’ll then re-flash back to the Bren Tune. If there were ECU changes, Bren charges a reasonable amount to re-program.
