Just picked up my R18 what is the best route to take in doing a bobber conversion. Many different companies just looking for the best solution from people that have done it.

My bike came with the BMW Bobber kit fitted. I was never comfortable on the factory Bobber seat. It felt like I was sitting really high in the air. I thn changed the seat to a lower seat. Happy with it now.

All LMC parts finally arrived Monday, April 21, 2025; I can absolutely say that all pieces are super high quality.
Example: the LMC seat pan lined up perfectly within the R18 frame; mounting holes, lined up perfectly...
I sorted out the tail light wiring to the US standard.
