Hi, haven't been here in a while. Bought my R18 a few years back and right after the initial service was done, I had BT Moto make me a custom tune. The purchase and install with very easy.
Recently I had to bring the bike in for the reverse recall, so I had to reinstall the stock tune. The dealer then updated the software for the fix. I now needed to get a new tune from BT Moto.
It's been horrible trying to get the software to update. I am down now nearly a week, with no end in sight.
Have any of you experienced the same problem? If, so, how did you fix it?
