Anyone running blind spot mirrors on the stock mirrors? Recommendations?

I'd like a pair of small blind spot mirrors I can stick on the stock ones. Nothing too large. maybe something that hangs below the stock mirrors and extends them but adds a blind spot mirror? The OEM mirrors are small and I'd like an elegant solution to save me from having to aggressively shoulder check especially in traffic.
 
I swapped out the plano mirrors for 4" 100mm x 250mm Focal Length Convex Glass Mirrors. (ie: Objects are closer than they appear)

I did the same like Enzo, on both sides.
I just patched the convex mirror with double sided tape on the OEM one.
The thickness excess is hardly visible.
The round shape of the OEM mirror dont let enough room for a small additional blind spot mirror.
The convex mirror is way more comfortable.
