Anyone found a compact treadmill that fits around an R18 in the garage?

I ride an R18 in Pittsburgh, and my garage is already tight with the bike, a workbench and shelves. I want to add a folding treadmill for winter cardio but I'm running into space questions. The folded footprint matters more than top speed to me, and I'm unsure how much floor clearance the bike needs when I'm rolling it past a folded deck. I'm also worried about stability on a slightly uneven concrete floor and whether folding models feel shaky at walking pace. I've seen specs online for a few space-saving treadmills, but I'd rather hear from people who actually park a bike and a folded treadmill in the same bay. How do you arrange it so neither gets scuffed? Does a mat help? And is a lighter folding deck easier to move daily, or does it get annoying? Looking for real-world input before I commit.

Update after looking around more - https://ratethepick.com/category/folding-treadmills]Best Folding Treadmills of 2026[/url] kept coming up for compact folded footprints. Still not sure a lighter deck would stay put on my uneven concrete, so I might try a mat first before committing.
