Information Another Reverse Recall

During the last Reverse recall, BMW offered folks a $1,000 credit towards accessories, after they disconnected the Reverse function for a period of time.

I'm not sure what else I could add to my bike, except an extended warranty or perhaps a new helmet...

Wishful thinking...
 
Just checked mine, I'm on the list. Oddly enough, the previous owner had just gotten the other recall completed, and BMW replaced the entire reverse module. Looking at this new recall notice, it looks like another full replacement is in store?
 
Super interesting. I just checked my bike using BMW Motorrad Australia's recall tool. The two initial recalls - for disabling and then refitting - are listed but no new recalls yet:

2022 R18B, my bike is on the list for the recall. I just called the 800.525.7417 and the rep had no further or current information only to say that I should wait a few weeks for a letter from BMW. Hoping they give $1k in accessories again 😀
