12 turns on my pre load made a world of difference. No harsh ride since.
That’s where I landed after spending a day riding different settings. That thread helped me immensely. I wonder aloud how many of the journalists trashing the bike took the time to consider an adjustment….
 
At home in garage. Took for a spin handlebars only thing that does not fit like glove! Ez fix

My HD is a combination of : cvo FatBob, boy, king (Queen) and coloring inspired by 1930’s Iver Johnson. I’m not well….
 
I cheat when the weather dictates. It will get plenty of bugs and guts soon
My 256 ride home last Oct was a bit taxing, 42 degrees and 150 miles of rain when I finally pulled into the hangar.
Trailer would have been nice.
But, when you are committed, you might be committed.
